We are seeking a high-energy, technically adept Presales Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in the SaaS or IT Services domain. In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between our technical capabilities and client requirements, driving technical discovery, solution design, high-converting demo presentations, and strategic pitch sessions for enterprise prospects.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of software architectures and cloud solutions, paired with exceptional storyboarding and presentation skills. Prior experience supporting Orals presentations for US State, Local, or Federal Government (GovTech) prospects is highly preferred.

Solution Architecture, Storyboarding & Demonstrations

• Technical Discovery: Partner with Sales teams to lead discovery calls, unearthing technical pain points, security requirements, and business goals.
• Deck & Demo Content Creation: Build visually compelling, customized slide decks and interactive demo flows tailored to the prospect’s specific pain points and industry context.
• Tailored Demos: Work with Product team to prepare and deliver high-impact product demonstrations that clearly articulate complex technical features into intuitive business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proof of Concept (PoC): Scope, design, and manage PoCs and technical trials to validate value propositions for prospective clients.

Pitching & Orals Support

• Orals Demonstration Support: Play a pivotal role in preparing for and executing formal “Orals” presentations, especially for competitive enterprise and public sector evaluations.
• Demo Environment Preparation: Configure and maintain realistic, tailored demo environments that simulate real-world customer workflows and showcase key differentiators during live presentations.
• GovTech Alignment: Tailor presentation narratives and technical slide decks to align with US public sector priorities, compliance nuances, and procurement expectations.

Strategic Collaboration

• Product Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer by providing structured feedback from sales presentations to Product and Engineering teams to help shape the product roadmap.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Professional Services and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless handover post-sale.

Project Delivery Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementation projects from initiation through production deployment and stabilization.
• Establish and maintain integrated delivery plans, schedules, and milestones aligned with contractual deliverables and program objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software engineering, data engineering, QA, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders.
• Drive execution across Agile, Hybrid Agile, and traditional delivery models depending on client requirements.
• Facilitate Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure alignment between Agile development cadence and contractual milestone commitments.
• Drive disciplined backlog management and release planning.
• Lead and mentor functional managers, delivery leads, and cross-functional teams.

Client Engagement & Executive Communication

• Serve as the primary delivery interface with client program leadership, PMO teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead regular governance forums including steering committees, executive briefings, and program reviews.
• Provide transparent reporting on project status, risks, schedule performance, and mitigation strategies.
• Establish trusted partnerships with client leadership while maintaining accountability to contractual commitments.

Contract & Scope Management

• Ensure project execution aligns with Statement of Work (SOW) requirements and deliverable acceptance criteria.
• Proactively identify and manage scope changes and contractual impacts.
• Maintain traceability between contract requirements, backlog items, deliverables, and acceptance milestones.
• Drive client accountability for required inputs, approvals, testing participation, and decision-making.

Financial & Delivery Performance Management

• Own project financial performance including budget adherence and staffing forecasts.
• Monitor project health across schedule, scope, cost, and resource utilization.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor performance.
• Implement corrective actions when delivery risks or financial variances emerge.

Delivery Governance & Risk Management

• Establish strong delivery governance frameworks to manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Maintain delivery oversight through structured program management tools.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, security requirements, and compliance obligations.
• Support production readiness, deployment planning, and operational transition.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of vendor-side experience leading complex software implementation programs.
• Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Experience delivering enterprise software systems or cloud platforms.
• Experience managing government or public sector technology programs.
• Experience managing geographically distributed cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong experience managing project budgets, schedules, and contractual commitments.
• Experience working within Agile and Hybrid Agile delivery models.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with health and human services systems or public health technology.
