CardyCares, Cardinality.ai’s dedicated healthcare solution, is helping agencies modernize Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) and make a real difference in the lives of the individuals they serve. In my role as Director of Customer Success and Healthcare Solutions, I work closely with agencies to understand their challenges and implement solutions that improve both staff experience and client outcomes. CardyCares streamlines daily operations, allowing staff to dedicate more time to delivering quality care rather than managing administrative tasks.

Built on our EmpowerPlatform, CardyCares provides a wide-ranging suite of healthcare solutions, spanning Medicaid, LTSS, case management, mental health, provider services, scheduling, and revenue cycle management. Drawing on over 20 years of Medicaid claims and disbursement expertise from Cardinality.ai’s 2021 acquisition of ClearCycle, along with EmpowerHealth’s modern case, provider, and revenue cycle management capabilities, CardyCares equips agencies to operate more efficiently and deliver comprehensive services.
